• The majority of our theme park, attraction and tours tickets are for use at any time. However, some tickets have seasonal date bands or may apply to one calendar year only. Shows and events are date specific. So we require your usage date just to be absolutely sure we are sending you the correct tickets.

• If you're departing in the next 14 days, please call us on 0818 300 209 to make sure you receive your tickets on time.

• We require your departure date for our own records and to be sure that your tickets arrive in good time. If you are leaving within two weeks, please telephone us to make your booking and we can arrange despatch by special delivery.
